The techs always do a great job and are polite and friendly. My only issue was that the estimate that I was given was not what the actual cost was. I was not pleased about that, but it was better than having to replace the whole unit. Fortunately I had enough to cover the bill.
All around a great experience with South Shore. They installed a new central a/c unit in a house I purchased in Stonington, CT.
