I would have never expected to write such a positive comment about visiting a dental office, but here it is. It’s been over two years since I have been to the dentist because of Covid and just nervous about going to a dentist. So, I decided to try a new place and I have nothing to deliver other than positive comments. The receptionist, Trisha was very courteous and friendly and joyfully welcomed me as a new patient. I then met Jessica who was my Dental Hygienist. I told her I was nervous and anxious and she assured me with a comforting and reassuring voice that the visit would be ok. Jessica took her time and explained every step along the way to assure that I was comfortable. I later met Doctor Don whose personality is better than most people I know. I’m actually excited about going back for my next appointment! If you’re looking for a family dental facility that’s friendly, professional and makes you feel comfortable; you need to check them out.
