I had been dealing with a leaky, improperly installed, unsealed bay window for over five years. Dave Steeves and his crew removed it and then properly installed a new one. I am so pleased with the result! I really appreciate the time and care he and all of his employees spent on this job. Everyone was courteous, respectful, hard working and diligent. These days, those are not givens. I extend my gratitude to everyone involved.

You will not find a more reliable contractor. Day 6 of the job, his guys are here waiting to get into the house every day at 7:30am. There are 8 guys working on a hall bath upstairs right now. The sub contractors and all managed by Dave, they all show when they say they will, and they are incredibly flexible in working to renovate our old home. Couldn’t be happier that we found Dave and his Team.

Best General Contractor in New England. We met Dave after a house fire and he a provided quote and worked with the insurance company. The quality of work, the integrity of his staff, are all first class. What sets this company apart from the rest? Dave is on site everyday and always finishes ahead of schedule. Our final bill was over 100k and he finished 1 month ahead of schedule. The products he uses and the workmanship was exceptional. We highly recommend Dave Steeves for any home project large or small. They do it all and stand 100% behind their work.
