“During the hardest time in our life after the rapid decline of our 9 year old best friend and bad experiences with previous vets, we turned to Dr.D and his staff, not knowing what to expect when we had to make the difficult decision to put our beautiful dog down. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the immense amount of compassion and care we were shown. From the initial greeting at the front desk, to the way Dr. D was right there with us petting our Gus and whispering sweet words in his ear as he drifted away, it was the best case scenario for such a tragic and emotional day. They were also the most reasonably priced out of all vets we called. A few days later, a handwritten card of heartfelt condolences came in the mail. Class acts all around- highly recommend.“

“I've been going to these vets for 25+ yrs since they opened their doors and will continue to go to them as long as I have pets. The drs and staff are very compassionate towards your animal and you!! The front staff always greet you and your pet and will work with you to get you in asap, if needed. Even when my daughter ran in with an emergency, they dropped what they were doing and took our cat right in, did surgery on his eye with a full waiting room!!! That was a horrible accident but they were so reassuring and patient with my daughter. Countryside Vets is awesome. Thank you everyone there. ?“

“10/10 James at Milford animal hospital and staff always take amazing care of my cat MJ! She is consistently terrified to go to the vet but she comes home well groomed and happy as can be. The level of communication is appreciated and we super appreciate their updates as MJ goes through her vet appt that she has about every 6 months. She has to get sedated to be groomed and I love knowing she is in great hands when I drop her off. Highly recommend!“

“I called in for an emergency visit for my Cat Salem he wouldn’t stop puking and I was extremely worried. Dr Broderick’s staff said if I didn’t mind waiting I could be seen the same day at 10:30am. We arrived at the appointment and was immediately seen and out within a half an hour for a diagnosis. Dr. Broderick was extremely professional and made me feel better about Salem. If you need a new Veterinarian I highly recommend him!“

“We've been going to Ridgehill Animal Hospital since 1997, so we feel we truly know this place well, and we're happy with the care given. We especially love Stacy at the front desk, she's kind beyond kind, and we love Dr. Moruzzi, she is a treasure, she's unbelievably knowledgeable, skilled, patient and kind. We adore her, she's taken care of our pets for almost ten years now. We just got a new puppy and she has given us excellent care as always. She made her spay surgery with hernia repair an easy experience and recovery for our puppy. She also took care of our love, our Coco, who was the best girl, she was a rescue, she was up in age, and Dr. DiLeone cured her Mast cell tumor, and later Dr. Moruzzi kept her well for years with Cushing disease, she also repaired Coco's knee with a TPLO surgery that was a complete success!! Sadly, yesterday at 15+, we had to say goodbye to our Coco, she developed a heart murmur that caused a stroke, it was time, a decision that broke us to make, we had to rely on a vet we didn't know, over the holiday week, but we have to give a huge thank you to Dr. Everett!!! She is incredible, she told us what we needed to know to make the right decision, she stayed with us through the whole process, she gave us time to grieve, to say goodbye as a family, and she did it with great knowledge, compassion and love. We will always be grateful for her, she was like an angel of mercy who walked into the room and held our hands through it all, making sure that our baby was given a graceful and painless experience as she went to the other side. She was held by her whole family, and had love and respect around her the entire time. We should all be so lucky to have a final send off like that!! Thank you to these angels for keeping our girl healthy and happy through the years, and thank you for helping her in the end too, the team at Ridgehill were part of protecting a beautiful life and we are grateful.“

“My family and I have brought our dogs to Dr. Moore for over 18 years and the level of care and concern she has shown all our dogs over this time is a testament to her compassion and professionalism, but more importantly, her deep understanding that these pets are more than just animals to their owners, they are family. My dog recently underwent his first teeth cleaning and despite the fact that he is extremely anxious while in the office, Dr. Moore and her amazing staff handled him carefully and cautiously to avoid aggravating his mood, and I received regular texts to my cell throughout the day with status on his condition. The staff equal Dr. M's love of both their job and their furry patients and each and every one is kind and gentle with our dogs. While the office does tend to be busy, clearly a result of the number of pet owners that echo my sentiments, Dr. Moore and Dr. Celentano, or one of the staff, have always taken the time to get back to our family with emails or calls to assess and discuss our concerns and develop a plan that best suites our dog's needs. When our concerns we're identified as urgent, time has always been made to get our dogs into the office. Just today I received an email well after hours from Dr. Moore regarding treatment that my dog needs on his hip. She understood how worried I was that my dog was struggling and wanted to ensure I was given a number of options that would work best for him and that we had a plan laid out for treatment. River Valley offers a level of personal attention that we've simply not experienced at other vets with a staff that truly value the lives and well being of our dogs.“
