“I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.“

“Chris replaced a shower valve for me. It was a bigger job than expected as after 20 years the handle screw was stuck and the handle needed to be cut off.
