Sandra made today’s appointment seem less. She remained positive as she was handling customers, while answering the telephone that rang non-stop. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with insurance coverage issues.

I was running late and Sandra in reception was very patient. They quickly swapped me with the patient after me allowing me to get there and complete my annual. Usually easy to get an appointment. Entire team is very kind.

I had an appointment at MyEyeDr in Orange CT this morning (09/24/24) Beautiful office compared to other MyEyeDr offices I have used. SANDRA (front desk) was amazing. She went above and beyond for me. She even called my insurance to see how much coverage I would get for glasses ($250 to be used at any eye care center). She did not have to do this extra step — I had no idea I had that option. I’m so grateful. KAREN (check out) was great, too. She noticed some of my information listed on my script was incorrect and took the extra time to double check everything. DR.
