Lady nails is my favorite salon! The employees are so kind and pay attention to detail. I moved and I will still drive 40 minutes to get my nails done by them! My last visit I smudged my nails before leaving (my own fault) twice! And the employees insisted they fix it for me. Best place ever!

I have been coming here for years and this is the first time I left disappointed. I made a pedicure appointment for 4:30, but upon arrival I was asked to sit and I waited for about 15 minutes. A woman finally came over and motioned for me to follow her. I always bring my own polish, so I handed her the bottle. The "express" pedicure for $29 was exactly that ~ express! Nowhere near the attention to detail that I have always experienced at this establishment. Once completed, I was pointed to the drying table, she turned on the dryer switch and walked away. This was the very first time I didn't get a short massage. She never came back ~ she took another customer for a manicure. I had all my things out to pay, but I was left sitting there for a very long time. I asked two different employees if they could please cash me out. The first one just walked away and the second one told the gentleman nearest to me that I wanted to pay. I was totally ignored and left sitting there. I finally addressed the gentleman directly, which I didn't want to do because he was with a customer and I didn't want to interrupt her service. I asked him if someone could please take my payment because I needed to go home! Another employee came over and cashed me out, and I asked her to give the tip (half of which I took back!) to the employee that left me hanging. Once I am done working off my gift certificate, I am not planning on returning. I miss the former crew; they were all held to customer service standards and they actually acknowledged customers and greeted people with a smile. To top off the entire experience, she never gave me back my nail polish. Time for a change.

I like this place very much. Every time I come to do nails, I like them very much and they are perfect. The service attitude is also very good. I will definitely come here for nails all the time.
