Joanne's Nails

I’m usually not the type to write a review but I had such a great experience at this salon that I had to write one. I’ve been to Connecticut for two years but haven’t found a nail salon I wanted to keep going to. I recently moved to the West Haven area and saw Joanne’s nails while driving on Boston post road. I had no expectations but I have been positively surprised. Everyone there was beyond nice and welcoming it felt like I have been going there for years. For 15yrs Joann has been the only one to properly do my brows. I was lost without her when she left the eyebrow scene to start her family, but a few yrs later she came back on scene with her own salon and I haven't went anywhere else since. Her shaping and arches are on point. Most ppl in New haven county know Joann for eyebrows by word of mouth. Ppl would wait an hour+ in line at her 1st eyebrow spot, the line would be out the door all yr long!
