SERVPRO of Old Saybrook is a reliable and professional restoration company that provides excellent service in times of crisis. After a large flood in a basement, the SERVPRO crew, including Cesar, Alberto, Jostyn, and Danny, swiftly responded to the situation, demonstrating great personability, efficiency, and respect for the homeowner. The crews, consisting of Sury, Claudio, Julio, Ivan, Luis, Imelda, and others, were friendly, sympathetic, and extremely helpful throughout the cleanup process. The project manager, Tony Maldonado, offered valuable advice and guidance, while the cleaning team, including Rosario, Chelly, Elizabeth, Lidia, and Piero, did an outstanding job. Although some minor packing issues were noted, the overall service was thorough, efficient, and greatly appreciated by the homeowner.
Julio and Ricardo did great work! They were well-trained professionals who worked, efficiently and left the job area organized and clean. Julio answered my questions thoroughly and was great at explaining the process and our next steps.

Jostyn and Danny came out and were super personable and efficient. Very professional and respectful of me and the situation. I was super appreciative that on a Saturday night they came out to address the issue that I was experiencing with an existing clean up. Couldn’t have been more happy with this crew.
The crews were friendly, sympathetic and very helpful. Lots of explanation as they proceeded. It was just difficult in the beginning because i was still processing the loss so making decisions so i could be helpful was hard.The only area needing improvement was some of the packing. Dishes were mixed with pans etc and weren't packed in an organized way- for instance if things were packed by cabinet it would make it easier to find things to return for use in temporary housing. Easier for crew as well as for homeowner to figure out which boxes had desired items. Items were handled with care by all packers.Packing, demo and cleaning were great- very thorough.
