Wow! I am blown away by the kindness and professionalism I have received by this company! I am not even a paying customer and I have been the recipient of such care, by not only the owner, Jhinson, but also by Lanisha, and another gentleman (so sorry I didn’t catch your name), when I called back to thank Lanisha for her return phone calls & help, she wasn’t there that day, he asked me to call back the next day & thank her myself because it would mean more coming from me, than him. He didn’t know me or why I was even calling. I could have been dismissed, and was half expecting that. What a wonderful business to work with. I am beyond happy with the guidance, craftsmanship and kindness given to us as we navigated a big bathroom Reno. We had a few hiccups that were no fault of theirs, just my uneven walls already there and they made sure that my bathroom was absolutely perfect before they called it complete. From the personable owner, to the detailed craftsman, to such insightful and friendly designers, we felt we were in stellar hands. You won't be disappointed if you hire them for your next project. We renovated not one but two bathrooms with Master Tile as well as replaced a kitchen backsplash. We are delighted with the results! Their designers provided us with beautiful and functional designs and their installers treated our home like their own. They show up when they say they will. They clean up at the end of each work day and the owner makes it a point to stop by frequently to assure the work is done properly and according to plan. If I had a third bathroom or needed a kitchen renovation I'd absolutely use them again.
