King Family Eye Care and Dr. Hagan were able to fit me in for an urgent visit for a medical concern with one of my eyes within 30" of my call. The office staff were pleasant and welcoming, and Dr. Hagan was helpful and very nice. I immediately made an appointment for my annual exam because my old doctor moved and is farther from my home. The Old Saybrook office is convenient and comfortable and making the switch was easy!

Great experience all around but specifically with kids. I had a nervous 6 year old and the whole team went out of their way to help them! Even gave an eye exam to his stuffed panda to ease his nerves and made the experience for him! Will be going back annually.

Such a positive experience from the ladies in the office to my appointment with Dr. Hagan. She was very professional, explained testing that was easy to understand and she definitely was easy to talk to. Will certainly return to this office!!
