I have gone to Dr Wilson since 2003 when I moved to Old Saybrook permanently. I have been to many dentists, have horror stories to tell about other practices. A total dentalphobe. However I consider Dr Wilson the best. He is very knowledgeable and personable. His staff is incredible. Always friendly, willing to help, answer questions, and with a smile. And he has the coolest gadgets. This morning I had an old crown replaced. Another place and this is a two visit, two week process with goop in your mouth for making temporaries. This morning Dr Wilson took some scans with a hand held device, drilled off the old crown, took some more scans, and then I watched a special milling machine in another room make my new crown in ten minutes. Another 15 min in a kiln to harden. Then he glued it in, checked the bite, made a minor adjustment, and I was on my way in no pain with my new crown in less than 2 hours. Can’t get any better than that.
