I found Gem Electrolysis on line. How Lucky! My wife and I visited Jade. ( owner of Gem Electrolysis) for a consultation. From the minute we met Jade and stepped inside her place of business we were very impressed! The surroundings are immaculate and so serine! Jade is extremely knowledgeable and such a kind, lovely young woman. My wife was, nervous but Jade helped her feel comfortable and relaxed. Our expectations from Jade exceeded what we wanted. In our opinion Gem Electrolysis is the BEST IN CONNECTICUT!

I LOVE GEM! Clean, kind, professional, etc. I could go on forever about how wonderful Jade is with everything she does. She is meticulous and highly skilled in what she does. Her experience shows! I always leave happy. She remembers things we talk about and makes me feel extremely valued as a client and as a person. Whether it's waxing or electrolysis, I HIGHLY recommend this business for any of your needs! Deserving of far more stars than 5!!

Omg was Jade not only amazing and professional, but she made a first time wax such a breeze! I can't recommend her enough. Very clean and knowledgeable, she answered every question I had.
