They also didn't provide any project sketches or renderings in advance. However, I must say that the end result of our landscaping project was indeed satisfactory. Despite the initial setbacks, most of the project progressed smoothly, and the final outcome was a beautifully transformed outdoor space. While there's room for improvement in terms of communication and project visualization, I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their work.In summary, while there were some challenges along the way, I'm ultimately pleased with the landscaping work done by Northwind Designs.
