We needed to have our basement floor replaced on a short timeline. Route 85 got us from flooring selection through installation in under a month. We are very pleased with the floor. Whomever installed the old laminate floor did a poor job- you could see gaps between the floor and staircase also between the floor and walls in a few spots- mainly in the closet and pantry. The new floor is perfectly installed. Thanks Route 85!
First time we have trusted a contractor to do any work on our old house was Rt 85 Flooring. I had them come remove and install a new stair runner. They ordered us a runner that they cut and bound and installed. Installer did a nice job and was very friendly, even with our dog bothering him at every turn. They come highly recommended and I can see why.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! They answered all of our questions, showed us different options and gave recommendations based on our needs, allowed us to take home a large sample to truly see what it would look like vs the small ones given out by larger box stores, and came out to measure 2 days later. We had a quote in hand 24hrs after that with an ETA on installation that they nailed. We were so surprised especially knowing most items end up on back order but the timeframe provided was accurate and the team that came out for installation was wonderful.
