I have been a customer for a very long time. I called this morning cause I was concerned I just had a deliver this morning and the tank read 0. My major anxiety freaked out get my butt out of the house and called right away. I did not smell any gas but freaked anyway. They called me right away and let me know my gauge is broken they did fill it and will be back Monday. To check thr gauge for me. Great job and Thank you

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. We've used Osterman for 4 years without any issues. They even installed our gas lines to our propane range when we remodeled our kitchen for a very reasonable price and took care of the permits and everything. No issues or complaints at all.

GrWas Billed $90 for minimum usage fee that I was not aware about. I explained that I did not know I was under 50 gals in the period of 10/1/18-10/1/19 but they would not credit me the BS charge. I am sure it was hidden in the fine print and if I knew about it would of made sure I purchased at least 50 gals. I would read other reviews before signing any contract with this company they are not into any customer service. In my case they could of at least waived it for one time.
Update, They Worked it out with ME.
