I went to ubreakifix in norwich ct , they were very polite and fixed my phone screen in a promptly time and it came out fantastic would highly recommend to anyone that need this kind of service

iPhone 12 battery needed to be replaced. They finished earlier than expected and now max capacity back to 100%. Pleasant and quick team. With 4 phones, 2 held (or not!) by teenagers, something’s bound to happen, and if it does, this is the place to go.

Thomas was very helpful and my repair was completed when he said it would be. He even helped me out by installing a screen protector that I brought in with me. All conversations were friendly, courteous and professional. Would be glad to do business here again but hope I don't need to.
