I have found the entire staff to be very professional & accommodating. I have a recurring condition that requires me to need to be seen frequently, which causes me some frustration. The staff is always friendly & patient with me, which is much appreciated.
No other ophthalmologist that I have had in my fairly long life has provided the detailed level of care that Doctor Koffold has. His assistants are pleasant and very capable at conducting and explaining the necessary tests and procedures. Doctor Koffold is warm and his practice thorough.
