Rory and Carlos have been very professional and transparent thru the mitigation process. The project manager Rory was on site for every process and keeping me informed as to what to expect next. Things went quickly and seamlessly. I would recommend Servpro of Norwich and use them again.
My interactions with this company, particularly with Kevin O’Sullivan, were exceptional. Kevin was punctual and highly professional throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to manage the flooding in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone facing similar issues.
I just wanted to say that Servpro has not even been out to do the job yet and these guys are the nicest friendliest people I have talked to you in a long time… can’t wait till they get back to do the service just waiting on the OK from the insurance!
