“This company has been taking the photos for my child's dance studio for years. Last year, due to some confusion, not all of the group photos were offered for me to purchase. Luckily, we were able to order the missing group photos. However, they never arrived and we forgot about the photos until this year when the exact same thing happened (we figured it out - because my daughter did not take individual pics in every costume, they wouldn't know to look for her in other groups - fair enough). I reached out for support in retrieving those group photos.
