I went in looking for a specific style and Chelsea was my stylist. I can't say enough great things about this young lady. She was absolutely so pleasant and sweet and knew exactly what I wanted and what she needed to do to make it happen. I asked her to take before and after pics as I have some thick long red hair and she was so accommodating even asking if she cud take some with her camera as well. And the finish product well I can't express how happy I am with it and how great it looks. I will always come back to see Chelsea!! And we donated the 10 inches cut off! Thank you Chelsea!! You are AWESOME!!!

Excellent customer service, everyone there is so polite and you can tell they genuinely appreciate your business! Kristi cut and colored my hair and I love it! I have never gotten so many compliments! Casey cut my 3 year old sons hair and was so good with him. We usually can't get him to sit through a hair cut but she is so good with kids! We will definitely be back!!

After years of trying to get other salons to cut my hair short a friend recommended Balance. My stylist, Henry, knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job. Best haircut in a loooooong time. At a family wedding the next week I got many compliments from young and old. I will be going back.
