We have been patients of Fessler Family Dentistry for YEARS, long before our children (now 10 and 8) were even born. Despite moving out of Norwalk to another neighboring town 4.5 years ago, we’ve continued to come to Norwalk for our family’s dental needs, because the practice is just THAT incredible (and our children even LIKE going to the dentist!). Last week though Dr. Fessler earned our eternal gratitude and loyalty when our son suffered a severe dental emergency after office hours (around 7pm). We called the office, indicated it was an emergency, and Dr. Fessler responded IMMEDIATELY and then dropped everything he was doing to rush to help. No hesitation, no delay - THAT is a doctor who cares DEEPLY about his patients and their well-being. Cannot thank Dr. Fessler and his assistant (who also dropped everything she was doing to rush in and support him) enough. Their incredibly quick response and actions gave our son the BEST possible chance and we will forever be indebted to them. If you’re looking for a TRUE family dental practice, and a doctor and staff that genuinely CARE about their patients, you will find that and so much more at Fessler Family Dentistry!
I love my dentist, I love the dental hygienist, the dental assistants and the administrative assistants!!! Everyone is warm & kind. Dr. Fessler is an excellent dentist, with a great chairside demeanor. I have been so comfortable there that I have napped in chair!!
