Total Home Inspection is an outstanding outfit. Bill (owner) is the most knowledgible inspector I've dealt with who's customer service is unmatched, Bill assisted me with cleaning airducts but as he was helping me with that aspect he pointed out other aspects that i needed to monitor throughout home ownership. Bill provided me with highly technical advice AND did not charge me for it...it's part of his overall service he said ! This takes me back to the good ol'days ....Honesty, transparency and total customer care...Total Home Inspection is the first to call for us!
