Three stars just because I had the convenience of driving close by. I don’t think I would come here again. There was an Asian lady working there. She was sweet to talk and we had a nice chat while she was cutting my hair.But she didn’t do a good job with the haircut. She was in rush and finished the whole thing in like 5 minutes. Clearly, she was rushing and wanted to kick me out sooner. They still had some time to close but don’t know why that happened.But again, great lady and had a good chat with her. Except for the main job (haircut) was not at all great.
Great Place to Get Your Hair CutI have been going to Norwalk Supercuts for almost 20 years.Early on, I settled on Aizhen as my regular stylist because of her professional skills and friendly demeanor.I wouldn't think of going to anyone else.Services: Haircut
NOTE: This review is based on my PAST and NOT current experience as I just learned that my highly preferred hair stylist, David, recently left Supercuts. He was a fantastic stylist and a tremendous asset to the organization for 5 years. He will be greatly missed as every experience I had there was excellent—David put time and care into every haircut given (he didn’t rush through the cuts to churn through customers), plus I always enjoyed our conversations. A true local neighborhood “barber” experience even though occurring in a franchise hair salon. What a disappointment to lose his services.Service: Haircut
