Would find somewhere else. When I would show up I always had too sit and wait for 10+ minutes before they would see me. I have been going here to 5 years and was late one time by 10 minutes and they wouldn't see me, they also still billed me for this. Front desk staff has been rude every single time. Nurses were nice doctors are essentially robots just read a questionnaire and shoo you out.

I saw Dr. Karen Justiniano for an annual check up. She was kind and attentive, with an upbeat, friendly attitude. She asked questions and really listened to my answers. The wait time at the office was very minimal, and the folks at the front desk were equally kind and friendly. A great experience for someone like me who is apprehensive about seeing a doctor!

Called to get medicine prescribed for diarrhea since I currently have covid and they did not want to prescribed ANYTHING. My regular doc is out and the doc who filled in for her didn't even call to speak to me; she had the nurse speak to me. Ruth was absolutely NO HELP!!! Its like this practice don't care; there needs to be some protocol for covid patients. I can be on my death bed and they won't do anything. I need to get a new doctor ASAP!!!!
