Received this as a gift. The first time i got a message stating that my appt was canceled due to a family emergency which i can understand . The 2nd time my appointment was canceled because something came up. I take time from work .i also dont appreciate getting a call the day of my visit . So unprofessional KARA.

AVOID! I booked a facial appointment and had a good impression as she seemed to be very helpful and got quite excited to treat myself after a long time. She cancelled it 18' before the appt saying it was family emergency. I had already arrived in the parking lot by the time I saw the message. Understanding things happen in life so I was fine with it and asked her to let me know when we could reschedule (when she resumes business). I never heard from her since although she has been actively promoting her business on social media. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And don't waste your time on this person who is unprofessional and disrespectful to... read full review
