I had been a customer of this place for decades & hadn't been there in around 10 years so when I brought a doll that needed measuring for a dress someone was making me--which shouldn't have taken more than 5-6 minutes--& when the owner greeted me with HOW MUCH ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME FOR MY TIME???--you can well imagine how SHOCKED & UPSET I was! No hello, how've you been, it has been too long, etc.! After calling him a MONSTER, suggesting his social skills needed improvement, and a couple of other tasty titles, I snatched my doll back and stormed the hell out. I will NEVER bless/honor him with my presence/$ ever again!Lesley Z.

I did my medical training for one year in Norwalk Hospital. Every week or every other week I took all of my shirts and white coat to this place.There were two incidents that I think you need to know before take your expensive cloth to them:1) I dropped off my unused, bottom down shirt ( $80, G star summer collection). When I went to pick it up, I was told that I have nothing there. I did not have my receipt, as usual, but I am sure that I dropped it off.2) Textured, cotton shirt, Massimu Dutti.I clearly told them to dry clean the shirt and avoid ironing. Guess what, they did exactly opposite and ruin the shirt. The shirt is now discolored and has whitened iron tracks...read full review
