I rarely need anything dry cleaned but I brought a dress to be cleaned and pants to be hemmed. They said one week. I went back to pick them up and they weren't ready. I went back again a few days later and the dress still had marks on them so I asked them to clean it more. The woman told me to come back the very next day and instead I gave them a few days to clean it. Went back for now a 3rd time to pick up and still not ready even though she told me it would be cleaned the next day. It has now been two weeks since I originally dropped off and the ONE dress is still not ready. Very disappointed.

I brought my bridesmaid dress here after being referred by my friend's godmother. I needed it taken in 6 sizes in 3 weeks. The place where I got my dress from charged $100 for just a hem so I couldn't imagine what all the work I needed done would have cost. Not only did she save me a ton of money, but my dress was done on time and came out amazing.

In town for a wedding... The woman at the counter (on a Saturday) was so sweet and accommodating. Her name was Yong (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and she was WAY more helpful then the place "Shims" down the road where the woman at the counter looked at me like I was crazy for asking if they owned a hand steamer. If I ever come back to Connecticut, I will return to Ritz.
