The doctors are fine. The lab and the staff in the front seem to be... a bit off. My exam seemed thorough and competent. The selection of Rx sunglasses was OK, and I picked out a pair... I was in May 15th, and told that they would be ready May 29th. I received no call, and when I called was told that they were still in the lab, and that they would be ready June 6th. I called, was told once again that they were still in the lab, and was promised a call back which I never received. I received an email Saturday the tenth that they were ready for pickup, went in this morning, signed in, and waited. After an hour I left. No sunglasses still. Never called when glasses were done Would not relense 1 year old frames Really went bad since new partnership I will continue with Dr's but I will find a new supplier for glasses

I've been a patient here for 25 years and have had consistently high quality care from Dr. Carillo and his team. I have a very challenging prescription and he has worked patiently with me to refine my glasses and contacts as my eyes have aged and changed. The clinicians that fit my glasses always result in a perfect product. I've tried less expensive options (LensCrafters, WorleyParsons) and they don't measure up. Yes, it takes weeks to get an appointment, but that's because they're that good.
