Jay is an artist and so knowledgable - he fixed my color and gave me the most beautiful balayage and haircut. Adriana and Carolina are wonderful as well and assisted throughout the process. The salon is beautiful, super clean and they sell lots of great products. I couldn’t be happier and have found my new forever salon. “I recently moved to Norwalk, 900 miles away from the stylist I was exclusively working with for 14 yrs. Needless to say I was nervous about going to a new stylist- I have curly, thick hair and I’m not the most outgoing person. Finding someone I can shoot the breeze with and get a quality cut/style is critical. I was at my wits end and cut my own hair.. it was bad.. and way too short.

I called Salon Etre and they scheduled me with a fantastic stylist, but I ultimately had my hair fixed by Nicole Pia. Nicole is exceptionally gifted, super friendly, listened to my needs and immediately knew what to do to save my hair. Nicole wasn’t pushy, she made recommendations along the way and I trusted her completely. My hair wasn’t easy to fix either- I didn’t want it any shorter, but the way she layered my hair was brilliant. I have to say, this is the best cut/style I’ve had in YEARS ?? at the risk of sounding overly dramatic, I almost cried leaving the salon, knowing I found my new stylist!
