Our heater stopped working on a Thursday night, I spent Friday morning calling all the local services. John was quick to get back to me, showed up on time and got our heater back up and working within an hour. I highly recommend JLP.

I called John from JLP Heating & Cooling about replacing my AC units, as both were over 15 years old and beginning to give me issues. A couple things I really appreciated about John:1) He was one of the only AC companies I called that picked up immediately and came out for an inspection the same day.2) He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me an itemized quote for a few different options within a few days.3) The quote was fair compared to other quotes I received in the past.4) He worked quickly and cleanly. John saved me a bundle when I called JLP for a 2nd opinion re: my AC. A larger competitor had quoted me... quite a bit. John was able to give some perspective on what was needed and what options were truly available as a fix. I was able to make an informed decision that saved me a good deal!
