Had a main line water break, called HomeServe at 6 am by the end of the day, the plumber was at the house. Repairs were made and the process with HomeServe was very easy. Would highly recommend

Woke up in the morning and all the plumbing (toilets) WERE working fine until I hear bubbles from my toilet. Went to flush the toilet and it was plugged. Went to the other two bathrooms and the same. Went to take a shower and the water wasn't going down the drain. Called Home Service for the first time after paying the additional $7.00 dollars a month for over 4 plus years but it is WORTH IT. OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS CLOGGED. Not having this insurance I would've paid out of pocket over $500.00. Their representative worked fast and within an hour Victor with RB Travis showed up and fixed the problem with less than an hour. The down side was all the back up sewage... read full review

The gentleman that did the job Was outstanding. He was polite confident and knowledgeable. I will for sure purchase this insurance again. It was amazing how soon you got somebody up here to make the repair. Thank you very much.
