As Far As The Service From Angel & His Companion, They Both Did An Excellent Job. On The Hand, I Just Want To Express My Disappointment When It Comes To Scheduling With Franssica. I Took Over A Week From The Time Nate Came, Then Brian, Then Finally Angel. And Knowing That The Issue Is About Water Leak, I Thought This Should Have Been Done Quicker Than A Week. And When I Called Franssica For Follow Up, The Person I Spoke To Did Not Seem To Care About It. He Or She Was Not Very Helpful As I Sensed. Anyways, The Issue Was Resolved, All The Technicians Who Came Were Professionally Equipped & Knowledgeable. And I Am Grateful To Them.

HomeServe did an excellent job for us and our heater on a very cold, snowy day. There was a hitch after the first visit but they were back the next day and took care of everything. We are very grateful we signed up for Home Serve.
