Good company decent delivery, good prices great friendly employees. Maybe the communication between office and techs could be better. But over all I’ve had a better experience than with my last propane company. Lisa K

Hocon recently installed a ventless gas log system in one of my fireplaces. Karen DePara was my contact person and she was excellent. She evaluated the project, including running a new gas line, and worked with me throughout the process. She even was able to special order the gas log set that I wanted. The installation went well and everything was done according to schedule. Don and Cam, the installers, were very pleasant and worked well with one another. Very professional. I would highly recommend Hocon if you are considering a ventless gas log installation.
