“I called Fairfield to inquire about replacing or re-etching my great-grandmother's grave stone. It was over 100 years old and very hard to read. Don Foley is whom I spoke with. He suggested before spending a lot of money on a stone, that I wash the stone. I thought he was crazy. He gave me specific instructions to clean the stone. As I live about 8 hours away from the cemetery, I didn't get the opportunity to wash the stone until a year later. I followed Don's instructions and IT WORKED. The stone is now legible and I saw no damage to the stone.Pics are before and after.I am forever grateful to Don and this company for their expertise and knowledge.
