If I could give 1 billion stars I would! I have purchased a home to create a safe, mold free, chemical free space for my son to heal. From the moment I talked with Andrew it was clear he 100% understood the assignment! Chris, the project manager has gone above and beyond! I am out of state while this is happening traveling back and forth and making last minute decisions and the compassion, patience and care the team has provided is beyond my expectations. FDX Restoration provides the highest quality service to their customers! Andrew promptly visited our home to assess the situation. He spent quite a bit of time with me, reviewing the necessary steps for water mitigation and mold remediation. His proposal was thorough and the pricing was affordable. A few days later, his crew arrived to get started on our job. Jacko, Clem and William were courteous, efficient and thorough. Their work was impeccable! Andrew and Chris returned after the weekend to confirm the job was complete, then collected their fans and dehumidifiers. I am incredibly grateful for their attention to detail.
