I recently saw Dr. Gross for the first time. Her office is located in Costco, which was convenient. I was very pleased with her service. The exam was thorough and she answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed like I have found with other doctors. The fixed price is nice so there are no surprises. Highly recommended.
Dr. Gross has been my optometrist for a number of years. Each year, her attention to detail and the care of service she provides has been fantastic. Her receptionist is efficient, polite and service minded. She also did the impossible task of training me on using contact lenses as a first time user. This is a first rate doctor/practice and its located in Costco/Norwalk, CT. Very convenient. You won't regret visiting!
Dr. Gross is inside the Costco in Norwalk. I scheduled an appt there as a first time patient for a routine eye exam/contact lens fitting based on proximity and convenience. They also accepted VSP which brought down my costs aside from copay. There was no wait, exam was quick but thorough, and she was willing to answer any questions. Very friendly as well. I was done within 20 min and she wrote an Rx for glasses/contacts upfront. No push to buy anything from them as they are based within the Costco Optical dept.
