My tooth broke at work and I needed a dentist asap. It was Sunday so most places aren’t open. I called Downtown Dental and from the jump the person on the phone was so lovely and understood my concerns and urgency and fit me in that same day. I go in for my appointment and the staff up front was so pleasant and sweet. The dentist I can’t remember his name but he looked like a younger guy was just super upbeat and informative and also funny. I have a lot of health problems and terrible anxiety and I’m currently attached to a heart monitor. I notified the doctor of my health issues and that I have a heart monitor and a history of fainting. He was incredibly sweet and focused so much on my comfort during the entire appointment. The assistant was a literal angel during the tooth extraction. I can go on and on about how absolutely lovely this experience was despite the fact I had to lose a tooth. I will never go to a different dentist. This place is 10/10.
My 1st time going to this amazing place… what a wonderful staff… Katharine n Jezel n Chris and Dr. Salas treated me with such kindness n patience n understanding. Pricing is affordable and I highly recommend and very accommodating with schedule especially at last minute 💕💕💕💕🦋🦋🦋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 they all make going to the dentist 🦷 a very positive and rewarding experience so you’re not afraid to go back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩🤩🤩
