My friends recommended Mia (salon owner and hair stylist) to me for years and I’ve had a couple haircut and perm with her since 2020. I usually shared several pics w my old hairstyles to her - she paid close attention to them and quickly understood the hairstyle I wanted. She’s very gentle and detail-oriented while doing my hair and got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend everyone to come and give a try! NOTE appointments are usually required before the visit.

There are a few things in life that are difficult to find, one of them being a good hair stylist. If you're still undergoing that search yourself, you should give Cozy Hair Salon in Norwalk a try. The salon is aptly named because it is cozy inside: comfortable and not at all cramped. Unlike with most hair salons, you will always get your hair done by the owner here. This is partly because Mia is a sole proprietor but also because she wouldn't dare to leave you in the hands of anyone else or their shears. Cozy Hair Salon is not a high volume shop--think quality over quantity. Everything is done by appointment only, so you will never have to wait. Sun and Mon are Mia's days of rest so plan accordingly. Mia's a sublime business owner that takes pride in her work. I always feel like a new person whenever she cuts my hair. .

Great experiences! I get my hair done by Carol and when I need an appointment, I'm able to text her and she fits me into her schedule straight away. I always walk out feeling 100% better than I did walking into the salon.
