I recently had the pleasure of working with Canaan Technologies again to help our business with a computer setup. Customer service was excellent right from the start and they displayed a genuine willingness to help even though my issue did not fall within the realm of the company's current business. They were incredibly knowledgeable and kept me aware of the progress along the way. The whole process was quick and efficient.

I wasn't a big fish on the line. Just having issues with my work-from-home Optimum wifi and needing direction. David and Arbnor took the time to listen, consult, and call me back even though I didn't represent a big sale or contract. That's pretty great in my book. When the time comes to spend the big bucks, it's going here.
