I highly recommend The Boarding House at 726 Conneticut Ave, Norwalk CT. It is by far the Best place I have ever left my little Yorkie! The staff is always friendly, helpful and very hands on! You'll be greeted by either Dawn or Kevin and one of the staff members, my favorite Jason, to help with your intake. One of the bonuses is that The Boarding House is attached to The Norwalk Veterinary Hospital where our vet will automatically take care of any needs that our Yorkie may need when we drop off. Appointments are handled by Dawn and Kevin, such as updated shots etc. I've been told that my little man gets carried in the staff's shirts sometimes when it's not too busy because they adore him. I've also seen so many dog owners enter and leave with the same satisfaction of knowing their dogs were well looked after. My dog has never come back sick or injured but always happy and worn out from his wonderful stay. Leti Manuel

I boarded my dog here and got her groomed. She came back happy, healthy, and with a great haircut! The only this I wish is that they had a camera system where you could watch your dog, or if they could send some photos/videos of your dog when you're away (granted I didn't ask them to but it would be a nice addition if they offered that). I also wish there were more photos on their page of their facilities and what it looks like on the inside, I think that would help new people like me choosing a place to board their dog when they're away. Other than that, my dog seemed to have a great time!

The Boarding House is the BEST!! My dogs have been going there for years. Currently my Golden Retriever goes there twice a week. She LOVES it!! I travel quite a bit and she boards there and LOVES IT, too. The staff is wonderful lead by Kevin. Some of the staff are Dawn, Jason, Anto ( the excellent groomer) and their assistants. I thoroughly recommend The Boarding House Helshi Norwalk
