Locksmith Raymond came over to my house to change my doorknob and deadbolt locks on my three exterior doors. He was unprofessional and sloppy. Raymond complained the entire time that he was in a rush. He also left the old locks on the floor instead of cleaning them up. When I brought this to his attention, he supposedly cleaned up the debris by each door. After Raymond rushed off, I found that he still hadn’t cleaned up the debris around my back door. I cleaned up the mess and also found many brand new screws on my kitchen door. I picked up all the screws that I could find. I then discovered more screws by stepping on them and hurting my feet. I was driving thru Connecticut and stopped at a rest area on 95. My luck, flushed the keys down the toilet. Someone at the rest area said a locksmith can make a key on site. Called these guys up and they assured me they can make a key for my car. The guy was at my location in like half an hour, made the key right out of his van and got me on my way back to Boston! Excellent service start to finish!
Today was a rough day for me beacuse i lost my car key and when i say i called and they came right out to help me with no issue i was pumped. Mike the technician was great.
