Very impressed! I checked out a few hardwood flooring firms, and decided on All Hardwood Floors. Andy is very professional and articulate. He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls. His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. Shortly after going through all of the details, Andy sent me a contract. All of the work and expectations were clearly described. There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take. There were also zero questions about what would be expected of me (e.g. moving furniture, thermostat settings). His workers showed up on time, on the days they were scheduled. They were very friendly and professional. They thoroughly covered windows, cabinets, stairs, and everything else with dropcloths and tape. After the job was done, there was virtually nothing for me to clean up. I would recommend All Hardwood Floors to anyone.
My floors came out better than expected. I had my old wood floors sanded/finished and new floor also installed .I ordered a no sheen matte finish and that is exactly what I got . They came out fabulous and people who enter my home can’t believe it is the same floors! Service was excellent and always had my phone calls or texts answered. Work crew was here when they said they were coming. I had zero bad issues with this business and all good all around . I would highly recommend.I also received their name as a referral from a friend that also had good review/ results. I can’t go into my house any more with out saying to myself,” I love my floors “!
