Every time I get my hair braided here, I am never disappointed.
The entire staff is very kind to me. They always greet me when I walk in & and it’s not too much of a wait before they get started on my hair.

No matter what Stylist does my hair - all I have to do is show them a photo and they do exactly what I ask for.

I have been consistently coming here for about six months now and I’m very happy .
Thank you so much! I look forward to returning

I went to African Queen Braiding twice, and both times were a complete nightmare. The first time, I called ahead to get a quote for taking my braids out and was told it would be $40. Once I arrived and they had already started taking my braids out, they suddenly changed the price to $60. When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned upfront, they claimed they needed to “see it” first. Why was this not disclosed on the phone? I reluctantly paid the $60.

Thinking maybe this was just a one-time issue, I called a month later to schedule another takedown, and again, I was quoted $40. I even sent them a picture of my braids to ensure there wouldn’t be any confusion....read full review

Asked for two strand twists showed a picture and not only did she put way to much product in to the point where my hair was super hard and difficult to take out. And she kept asking for help because she didn’t know what she was doing terrible service
