Got a rescue baby & called Dapper Dog to get an appt. They were so kind on the phone the girl credited me for rescue, spoke to owner Sandy and got me in within an hour of me calling!! They could not have been nicer & Sandy/owner was so helpful & informative I cannot thank you enough, my guy liked it so much there that he literally went to every groomer for a pet before he would leave!! Absolutely ? the best place I have gone in a while, clean, neat, kind great customer service and they show how much they love the dogs! I wanted my shelter guy to be pampered and they made him look & feel great! Thank you all so much, it meant alot to me to be able to do this for him!

Incredibly professional: showed up on time, scheduled an estimate quickly, was incredibly kind and walked me through the entire process. Spend extra time explaining how mold spreads/works, and how it needs to be treated.Spent extra time writing out two estimates (one for the work as I requested, and one for the work he recommended). Was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the possible options. He’s been incredibly kind and understanding during multiple reschedulings. Quoted price was a few hundred dollars lower than lowest price from 3 competitors. Will update review after work is performed, but so far really impressed by Red Star Restoration.
Called A-Team in the morning for a leak under our kitchen sink . They came out within 2 hours . The technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful. The pipes needed to be replaced under the sink along with a section of the drain pipe in the wall . They explained all the options for the work needed along with pricing. The tech replaced the pipes under the sink adding a new faucet and replaced a section of the pipe in the wall . She adding at some point in the future we should consider replacing it completely. It was not something we had to do immediately. I appreciate her and her apprentices honesty. They completed the work neatly and in a timely manner . I would use them again.

It took Ann Marie only one appointment to suss out how my past barber cut. Some things are paramount when moving to a new town: a good library, dependable fire, police and EMS depts, excellent town services, and a good barber. Fortunately, I have found all since moving to Northford. Icing on the cake? Ann Marie is a dynamite, dependable and dedicated barber in a very clean shop. Highly recommended.
