Justin is an absolute professional and an expert in his field. As a new homeowner, dealing with plumbing issues can quickly become a nightmare. Suddenly, our boiler started leaking, threatening to cause a flood, and we found ourselves in a dire predicament. After calling around and getting the typical runaround, complete with upfront fees for just showing up and availability only for the next day, Justin was a breath of fresh air. He answered my frantic call, promptly came over to assess the situation, and quickly identified the problem. Justin has been a life saver for us- multiple times! Not being familiar with the use of an oil furnace, he has come to the rescue and has always quickly resolved whatever problem we had. He is always willing to teach us about our system and best practices. He is my go to for all things furnace related! I trust his expertise and his work ethic. Justin is a real professional. He is punctual, very knowledgeable with excellent work ethics. After his work was done, he nicely cleaned all affected areas and left all the floors spotless. He installed a second heating zone in my house, and I am positive that I will hire him again for any HVAC or plumbing projects or services.
