We used another tree and shrub service for many years. Just happen to have Josh come over to spray a few of our hemlocks a few years ago and after talking with him about his company and services, we made the switch to Green Valley. The difference in service compared to our former company has been night and day. Josh and his employees actually take an interest in the health of our trees and shrubs. They always give us a heads-up when they are coming to work on our property. They show up on time and do the work properly. A special shout out to “Tim.” Hard working and extremely respectful. Green valley Tree is a very customer focused business. They responded promptly to my inquiry and set an appointment to look at the work we wanted done. The owner, Josh Walmsley, answered all our questions regarding trimming and fertilization. The work was scheduled and the crew did an excellent job, including clean up. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
Excellent service- a 5 Star company! We had small holes in our tree. After an evaluation from the arborist, there was no treatment needed and no charge for his evaluation. I cannot believe he didn’t charge for the home visit. I will certainly call this company if I have future tree issue.
