1. Kathleen is an amazing owner of her Spectrum Hair Design. She is very pleasant with all her clients. She has a wonderful working staff. She has a wonderful disposition with every client.she is very pleasant with her individual clients. There is always many kinds of talk. Every client is totally enjoying all the different talk that is going on. It is always a fun time. Kathleen takes very good care to all her elderly clients.
