Have had 2 laptops fixed at RVI. They are transparent about what they can do for you. Plan ahead and parts will need to be ordered at times. However their work can spare you the expense of having to buy another laptop. :)Prices are clearly posted and approved by you before work begins.Plenty of parking, easy to find. Saturday hours available to pick up. :)

Brought my laptop to RVI, ended up having a lot more wrong with it than we initially thought. RVI kept me updated through the whole process and even gave me a loaner laptop to keep up with work! Whenever I called and had questions, they were very attentive and were willing to explain. The techs and front desk staff are more than happy to explain any work they have done and why they did it. All the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend RVI for any tech repair needs!

My husband went to RVI with my old lap top and he came back with a refurbished computer from RVI with that was just like having a new one. I can't get over the difference between the old one. I love my computer now. And the price was so reasonable! I highly recommend RVI computers and we will be back if we ever have any other issues with our computers! Thank you!
