Marcus, ably assisted by Garrett, quickly diagnosed the problem. Because the toilet is a one-piece low profile model, the parts were not on the truck. But, within a matter of minutes, they located the parts at a nearby supply warehouse. So, they dashed out to get the parts and were back to my house in a flash. They worked quickly, efficiently and NEATLY to complete the repair and were on their way, leaving behind a well-functioning toilet and a happy customer. My thanks to your dispatcher/scheduler (sorry I forgot her name) who very adeptly adjusted the schedule to get my service done the same day I called because of a cancellation by another customer.
